Topia Construction is proudly leading the construction and project management of the HVAC & Controls Upgrade at the United States Postal Service Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC) in Fort Myers, Florida. This complex, occupied-facility renovation is part of the USPS nationwide modernization initiative to improve energy efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.

The project includes the replacement and installation of 21 air handling units, 19 Roof top units, exhaust fans, HVAC controls, structural supports for the chilled water tower, concrete equipment pads, electrical upgrades, and associated mechanical systems. All work is carefully coordinated to maintain uninterrupted postal operations while meeting stringent USPS quality, safety, and scheduling requirements.
