About Emad Ghanem

Emad Ghanem, Founder of Topia Construction, grew up in a family deeply rooted in the construction industry. For more than 20 years, he has dedicated himself to the trade, learning the values of hard work and integrity through hands-on experience in the field. Starting with a hammer in hand, he built his knowledge from the ground up, gaining a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the construction process.

Throughout his career, Emad has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from multimillion-dollar developments overseas to complex commercial renovations and high-end residential construction in the United States. He also played a key leadership role in the prestigious Sidra Village project in Qatar, a large-scale gated community consisting of more than 1,100 residences, along with numerous residential and commercial developments throughout Lebanon.

Today, among the notable projects he is managing under Topia Construction, is the refurbishment of a major USPS distribution center, including extensive structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades throughout the facility.
